This building includes a shopping area and an office area, the first occupying the lower levels and the latter the upper floors. The building consists on a basement, ground floor, mezzanine, three office storeys and a penthouse. The most remarkable feature of the office area is that, outside the basic services, the entire layout of the space is left free for the occupants to arrange in accordance with to their needs.
