ResumoThe scope of television outside of television is completely different from any broadcasting model, as the use of electromagnetic waves in the latter allows a large audience to be reached. Because of this, the video, at the beginning of its use, was considered as an elite vehicle, destined to very specific sectors of the population. The history follows.
