Resumo

Aallele were the most frequent in the studied population. Three genotypes were identified at each locus, with the following frequencies: 0.821, 0.172 and 0.007 for genotypes AA, AS and SS, respectively, at the SCD locus and 0.686, 0.212 and 0.102 for genotypes AA, AK and KK, respectively, at the DGAT1 locus. The SCD locus was in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium, whereas a deviation from the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium (p <0,001) was found at the DGAT1 locus.
