The democratization Brazilian politics, with the end of the “Estado Novo”, during the second half of the decade of 1940, consolidates a partisan conjuncture. The partisan configuration pointed the predominance of three great left national ones, which is, Partido Trabalhista Brasileiro (PTB), Partido Social Democratico (PSD) and Uniao Democratica Nacional (UDN), constituting a hegemonic partisan triangular structure. The PTB, consisting as one of the vertices of this partisan triangular structure, consolidates from the bias redistributivo-reformist, permanent in its proposals politics, in what it refers to the economic policies. These proposals of combat to the social inaqualities, had detached it in relation to excessively the political parties of the time. The analysis of the partisan consolidation of the PTB in the conjuncture is established as problematic for the present article national politician-partisan of the end of the decade of 1950 until the blow 1964 civilian-military man.
