Resumo: O relatório é uma breve notícia sobre a indústria lítica da região do rio Pium, Estado do Tocantins, que é rica em exemplares líticos complexos, que usam como suporte o cristal de rocha. As pesquisas identificaram artefatos com uso e forma definida, auxiliando na compreensão do povoamento pré-colonial do vale do rio Javaés e região sudeste do Estado do Tocantins.Abstract: This report is a simple report about the lithic assemblage from Pium river region. The area is rich in complexes flint stones which use as support the crystal rock. The researchers identify many instruments with defined forms and use and they could be helpful on the understanding of Javaes River pre-historical peopling of southwest Tocantins State.
