“Eu-nao-sabia” nao e uma resposta valida quando alguem e confrontado com a alegacao de que nao fez aquilo que era estabelecido por um comando geral. No movimento do Direito, o conhecimento e presumido em todas os campos relevantes e nas suas consequencias em relacao ajuizes, advogados e as pessoas como um contingente universal. Nao obstante, nao e possivel dizer que a extensao das varias esferas de entendimento sao homogeneas. Essa situacao revela um importante componente da cena na qual o Direito age, na sua dinâmica, e tem significativos efeitos na comunicacao da realidade, especialmente desde o momento em que os instrumentos de midia (televisao, jornais, internet, etc.) estao procurando descricoes rapidas e incisivas dos eventos do mundo da vida e do fato de que, atualmente, esses sao as maiores fontes de informacao de todos os tipos. Consequentemente, e essencial analisar as varias aberturas que aparecem nos movimentos do Direito e a integracao com as grandes aberturas da sociedade, porque elas possuem um papel muito importante quando se trata de responder a questoes sobre como ele (o Direito) pode ser conhecido. ABSTRACT l-did-not-know is not a valid response when someone is confronted with the allegation of not having done what is established by the law as a general command. In the movements of law, the knowledge is presumed on all relevant subject matter and consequences in its relation to judges, lawyers and the people as a universal contingent. Nevertheless it is not possible to say that the extension of this various spheres of understanding is homogeneous. This situation reveals an important component of the scene in which the law acts in its dynamics and has significant effects on the communication of its reality, specially since the media instruments (television, newspapers, internet etc) are seeking for very quick and incisive descriptions of the events in the world of life and since they are, nowadays, the most visible bridge for information of all sort. Therefore it is essential to analyze the various communication gaps that appear in the movements of the law and in the integration with the wide borders of reality because they play a very important role when what matters is to answer the question on how it can be known.
