ResumoEste articulo mostrara las formas de accion politica trasnacionales que los partidos politicos y sus dirigentes practicaban durante la etapa de democratizacion de America Latina. Particularmente se abordara la accion del Comite para America Latina y el Caribe de la Internacional Socialista a traves del cual se podra observar e interpretar la actividad trasnacional de estos actores politicos de una manera mas detallada y la forma en que actuan en el marco de fuertes restricciones externas e internas. Palabras clave: Socialdemocracia – Transiciones – Trasnacionalismo - Democratizacion This article will show the forms of transnational political action that political parties and their leaders practiced during the stage of democratization in Latin America. Particularly, will address the action of the Committee for Latin America and the Caribbean of the Socialist International. Through this network, the activity of these transnational political actors in a more detailed manner can observed. Also the way they operate under strong external and internal constraints.
