ResumoWe focus this article as an advanced synthesis of the first results of the investigations developed in the Region of the Campo Aranuelo that have given as a result the finding of fifteen deposits bound to the culture of Cogotas I, one of the least known phases of the Final Bronce one in the high Extremadura. The most interesting thing of these finding is the sort of relation that are established, as they allow to connect the nuclei of the peninsular interior with the Extremadura central lands and beiranas, where the presence of materials that were recognized as belonging to the culture of Cogotas was assumed as the result of a peripheral process Some gathered metal pieces that are port of the figurative panoply of the wakes avise interest, as they prevent from maintaining the disagreement between concrete metal pieces and the representations of the wakes, at the some time as metal groups such as those of the Valdehuncar Muralla that foretell a more important prominence of metal in these Eastern lands than the one defined up the moment.
