ResumoIn the taxonomic Bryophyte survey at “Parque Estadual da Ilha Anchieta”, Ubatuba, Sao Paulo State, two hundred and fourty five taxa (118 genera and 47 families) were identified. Lejeuneaceae (67 sp.), Pilotrichaceae (12 sp.), Fissidentaceae (12 sp.), Frullaniaceae and Plagiochilaceae (10 sp.) were the richest families and 18 families presented just one taxon. The Atlantic Forest and Restinga environments presented the highest bryophyte taxa diversity. Preferred coloniziation substrates were rocks and bark.
