The ultimate surgical results will be influenced by awareness of these lesions on the part of the physician.Furthermore, it has become increasingly evident that mild cases of acute pancreatitis are of common occurrence. Since Comfort13in 1946 reported from the Mayo Clinic 89 cases of recurrent acute pancreatitis and described how the disease could be recognized, a surprisingly...Bibliography1.
