Resumo

First occurrence of Eumops patagonicus (Chiroptera: Molossidae) and range expansion of the geographic distribution of E. hansae, in Peru. The bonneted bats, genus Eumops, have a broad geographic distribution in America; however the few records of this group have hindered a good knowledge of their systematics and the geo- graphic distribution of its species. The genus Eumops in Peru is represented by seven species; nevertheless, recent studies in the Yungas of Cusco department, south of Peru, reveal new distributional findings for this genus, among those we have a first record of E. patagonicus in Peru and a new locality of record for E. hansae. Palabras clave. Eumops. Yungas. Peru.
