Resumo✓ A case of brain-stem ganglioglioma is reported. A review of the literature revealed only 13 other reported cases. Brain-stem gangliogliomas usually become symptomatic in the first and second decades of life and involve the medulla and pons. Clinical improvement and prolonged survival have been reported after partial resection.
