ResumoThis text aims to investigate the relations between lyric and body in the contemporary poetry by presenting the hypothesis that nowadays the body represents a subject that is emptied by a fugacious time. The inscription of the body in lyric poetry could be, this way, one of the strategies for the expression of the absences of the subject. In order to analyze this idea, the present text discusses Ricardo Domeneck’s poetry, specially the poems that describe a state of inanition and misery.
