The exposition Renato Russo Manfredini Jr. encourages us to reflect upon the matter of preserving and evaluating memories in the contemporary world, and how the traces of personal memory appear like a kind of miror of social memories, the memory of an entire generation. The story of Renato Russo, made up of books, disks and archives, is finally exhibited to the public at large and identifies with it. The role played by archived documents in constructing the memory of Renato is quite relevant to a reflection about the importance of memory
