Resumo

The change can provide a continuous improvement in business and encourage the establishment of mechanisms for adherence to the pace of global pressures. But the scenery has challenged the strategic plans of all companies, particularly on issues regarding the speed of change to be inserted. Thus, exist culture clashes in the absorption capacity a frequent changes and a cognitive gaps that arise with the unprecedented demands. In this way, we will seek to analyze the changes as a factor in the impact intense in the humans resources being who, in turn, manifest reactions linked to the work and generate barriers for technology transitions in organizations.
