Este libro en espanol ofrece, en 10 capitulos, un conjunto de argumentos juridicos para sostener la exigibilidad de los derechos sociales contenidos -por ejemplo- en el Pacto Internacional de Derechos Economicos, Sociales y Culturales. En particular, el libro analiza como estos derechos estan consagrados en la Constitucion argentina. La democracia deliberativa provee la fundamentacion de los derechos sociales, y se profundiza sobre las cuestiones interpretativas. El libro somete a un analisis detallado la distincion usual entre derechos positivos y negativos. Un capitulo completo se dedica al problema de la exigibilidad judicial. La obra se publico bajo una licencia Creative Commons (BY-SA-NC).This 10-chapter Spanish-language book offers a set of legal arguments to sustain the exigibility of social rights, such as those included in the International Covenant of Economic, Social and Cultural Rights. In particular, the book analyzes how these rights are enshrined in Argentina's Constitution. Deliberative democracy is offered as a foundation for social rights, and interpretation issues are discussed in depth. The book subjects to a thorough scrutiny the usual distinction between negative and positive rights. A complete chapter is devoted to the issue of judicial enforcement.
