Twenty-two cases of cephalopelvic disproportion in multiparas delivered by primary cesarean section were reviewed. Since earlier recognition and the decision to resort to cesarean section earlier in labor might protect additional infants and mothers, it is suggested that our attitude in this syndrome be re-explored.
