ResumoAiming to evaluate some of the main quality fruit traits of cv. Palmer mango, harvested in different dates and stored at environmental conditions, an experiment was carried out with plants localized in a commercial orchard, in Visconde do Rio Branco, State of Minas Gerais. Fruits were harvested six dates (1/14, 1/21, 1/28 and 2/14, 2/11, 2/18), stored at 26.1 ± 1.8ºC and evaluated 1, 4, 7, 10 and 13 days after the harvest. The characteristics evaluated were fresh weight loss, soluble solids, firmness, skin and pulp color. A completely randomized by-plots design with four replications was used. There was a decrease of firmness and an increase of soluble solids, reaching 15 to 20 ºBrix at the end of the storage period, linear increase in skin color and tendency to a dark orange pulp color as the fruit ripened.
