This work has as main objective to develop the Crystalline Lens Microsurgery consultation, control of intraocular lenses and Approval of surgery consultations of the module outpatient in the ophthalmology department of the Hospital Information System alas HIS, to facilitate information management in this area of the hospitals. The application will eliminate the manual processing of information, ensuring that it is not repeated or redundant. The calculation of intraocular lens implant patient will be done automatically, avoiding calculation errors that may affect patient health. All this brings an improvement in the provision of services offered to it.
