ResumoIn Brazil, the Atlantic Forest is reduced to 7% of your original area and one of factors that linked to this reduction, is that 70% of the country´s population lives inside of the biome. The need of identification the impacting actions in the Environmental Protected Area of Morro do Urubu (EPA) are of considerable importance to subsidize conservation actions in the sole remnant of Atlantic Forest in the Aracaju city. The objective of this research was to identify impactant actions in relation with environment existing at the EPA. The study was made at EPA Morro do Urubu, in the Aracaju, with data collection at its own field in the period from July 2008 to April 2009, addition to secondary data collection. The impacting actions were identified using the adapted Leopold´s Matrix and Landscape Studies. Were identified six impacting actions: deforestation, urban expansion, accumulation of solid residues, mineral extraction, transmition towers and residential dump effluent. From the analysis of impacting actions, were recommended ten programs to subsidize the management plan of the EPA, allied with the promotion of local sustainable development.
