The drift as a (non-)focus; the drift as questioning trigger for new problems; the drift conceptualized by three philosophers; the drift as a possible route. Antoine, the main character in the movie �Les Quatre Cents Coups� (1959) by Francois Truffaut, (mis)leads us from the flows that have already been plotted and marked by the so-called hegemonic institutions (school, family, reformatory, city...). He is the one with whom we cover the three passages of text, and it is with him that we will reach the sea, a reference point for the drift; this is where geography gets in and allows us to roam the borderless spaces and permit to think something new that has not been traced, yet. These are experiments with different possibilities for life when we deviate from what is habitual. Then, perhaps, it would be possible to learn the new and meander along new routes that escape from what could shape a life.
