AS INFLUÊNCIAS DA RELIGIÃO ANTIGA GREGA (MISTÉRIOS DE ELÊUSIS, DIONISISMO E ORFISMO) E DE ALGUNS ELEMENTOS ESSENCIAIS DO PITAGORISMO E DE PLATÃO NA CONSTRUÇÃO DA DOUTRINA ESCATOLÓGICA TRADICIONAL CATÓLICA.

Resumo Este estudo tem como objetivo central apresentar as influencias da religiao antiga grega –Misterios de Eleusis, Dionisismo e Orfismo – e de alguns elementos essenciais do Pitagorismo e de Platao na construcao da doutrina escatologica tradicional catolica. O trabalho foi dividido em quatro capitulos. O primeiro aborda uma breve contextualizacao sobre mito e religiao na Grecia antiga. No segundo capitulo, serao tratados os conceitos fundamentais dos principais movimentos da religiao antiga grega, isto e, os Misterios de Eleusis, o Dionisismo e o Orfismo. No terceiro capitulo, abordaremos o Pitagorismo, Platao e os seus elementos essenciais, tais como: o corpo, a alma, o dualismo corpo-alma, a imortalidade da alma e suas provas, os destinos (lugar/estados) escatologicos da alma e a metempsicose (transmigracao/reencarnacao) da alma. No quarto capitulo, apresentaremos a doutrina escatologica tradicional catolica fazendo sempre referencia a influencia do helenismo sobre ela, seja na formacao da consciencia dos cristaos ou da propria doutrina catolica; ao mesmo tempo, apontaremos alguns problemas atuais enfrentados pela Igreja a partir das criticas da Teologia da Libertacao atual. Utilizamos para tratar desse tema as obras dos teologos: Renold J. Blank (1935), Joao Batista Libânio (1932-2014) e Leonardo Boff (1938), criticos do platonismo e do temporalismo da escatologia tradicional catolica e fomentadores de novo modelo escatologico, o ressurreicao imediata. Abstract The current study aims to present the influences of ancient Greek religion (The Misteries of Eleusis, Dionisism and Orfism) and some key elements from Pitagorism and Plato in the construction of the traditional eschatological Catholic doctrine. The paper was divided into four chapters. The first addresses a brief contextualization about mith and religion in ancient Greece.The second chapter, deals with fundamental concepts of the main ancient greek religion movements, wich means, the Misteries of Eleusis, the Dionisism and the Orfism. On the third chapter, we will discuss the Pitagorism and Plato, their essencial elements, such as: the body, the soul, the dualism between body and soul, the immortality of the soul and its evidence, the eschatological destinations (places/states) of the soul and the metempsychosis (transmigration/ reincarnation) of the soul. The fourth and final chapter will present the traditional eschatological Catholic doctrine, always making reference to the influence of helenism, either on formation of conscience of Christians or their own Catholic doctrine and at the same time addressing some current problems faced by the church, from criticism of nowadays theology liberation, we will use the work of the theologians: Renold Blank (1935), Joao Batista Libânio (1932-2014) and Leonard Boff (1938) to approach this theme, critics of the Platonism and the traditional eschatological Catholic temporalism, the new eschatological model foment and immediate resurrection.
