ResumoThis paper take as an aim the proposal of some convergences between the narrative structure of the police novel and some methodological conditions of research in psychoanalysis. We try to make a contribution to the distinction between psychoanalysis as a cure method and psychoanalysis as a research or investigation method. The convergence between the two fields was pointed out by some authors whom stressed the cultural proximity between the two discourses. Important differences was still marked. We emphasized the degrees of investigation examining the truth theory, the formulation of evidences, the problem construction and the theory of judge in both discourses.
