Con el fin de determinar la efectividad de un producto combinado de Cipermetrina y clorpirifos contra larvas de Dermatobia hominis se realizo un estudio en un predio del municipio de Titiribi Antioquia utilizando 20 vacas horras Holstein por cebu y se dividieron en dos grupos de 10 animales cada uno. El grupo tratado recibio el producto en suspension Pour on a base de cipermetrina al 15% y clorpirifos al 25% aplicandolo en el dorso a la dosis de 10 ml por 100 kilogramos de peso corporal. El grupo control se trato con agua destilada, utilizando 10 ml por cada 100 kilogramos de peso corporal. El efecto del producto se determino por recuento de larvas vivas de Dermatobia en los dos grupos tratado y control los dias 0, 3, 7, 14, 21 y 28 despues del tratamiento. El dia 3 del experimento en el grupo tratado se alcanzo una efectivad del 98.3% y para el dia 28 la disminucion total de larvas fue del 82.7, indicando una buena efectividad del producto. Los resultados fueron sometidos a un analisis estadistico de ANAVA de multiples factores. Abstract With the purpose of determining the effectiveness of a combined product of cipermetrina at 15% and clorpirifos 25% against larvae of Dermatobia hominis, a study was made in an estate of the municipality of Titiribi Antioquia using 20 Holstein cows by zebu and they were divided in two groups of 10 animals each one. The treated group received 10 ml for 100 kilos of weight of the product in Pour on suspension on the back; the group control received treatment with 10 ml for 100 kilos of weight of distilled water. The effect of the product was determined both by count of alive larvae of Dermatobia in groups treated and control days 0, 3, 7, 14, 21 and 28 after the treatment. Day 3 of the experiment one was reached effective of the 98,3% and for 28 day the total diminution of larvae was of the 82,7, indicating a good effectiveness of the product but under residual effect. The results under were put under a statistical analysis of ANAVA of multiple factors.
