ResumoOne of the most important qualitative areas (since not quantitative) of Military Psychology is the named Psychological Action, more known as psychological war, which we define as that network of operations intended for confounding, persuading or demoralizing the enemy, understood this according to the interests of the institution that direct it. Psychological´ Action is not only used in war times or against armies, but its employment extends to all ages and makes use of the habitual social media. For that reason, though it does not exist a single legislation that rules over the use and employment of the strategies of Psychological ,action, there is a profusion of legal provisions, national as well as foreign, that have an effect on our Legal System, which cut back or permit, as the case may be, the most traditional means used by those strategies. To conclude, a study is made on other applications of Psychological Action with a character of community defense, facing catastrophe risks, etc.
