Solid-state spectroscopy and crystallography

The temperature dependence of Raman spectra of potassium titanyl phosphate (KTiOPO 4 :KTP) was measured in detail at temperature range from 300 K to 1100 K. The frequency shift of the A 1 modes was measured as a function of temperature. No soft mode was observed.
