In this article we present the results of a normal coordinate analysis of arsenic acid and its anions. An exact description of the fundamentals, assigned in Part I of this series, is given. The stretching force constants, calculated by the Becher and Mattes' method are discussed, together with the π-bond order of the As-O bonds.
