Genetic and Clinical Aspects of Sex Determination and Chromosomal Abnormalities

The concurrence in a sibship of male pseudohermaphroditism and XY pure gonadal dysgenesis is recorded. While the concurrence of these rare abnormalities in the same sibship may be pure chance, evidence is reviewed which suggests that these abnormalities have some etiologic factor in common.
