A new investigation of singular integral of inverse Vening-Meinesz formula based on Simpson formula is done in this paper. A set of integral calculation formula is given and the precision of the formula is examined, the contrast results before and after non-singularity transformation based on theoretical model of geoidal height are given. Results indicate that the calculation precision of the formula gained after non-singularity transformation is better than 1%, which can absolutely fulfill practical needs.
