These conditions include causalgia,1, 2, 3Sudeck's atrophy (post-traumatic osteoporosis),4-12painful disability of the shoulder following coronary occlusion,13-19post-infarctional sclerodactylia,20palmar and digital contractures as well as Dupuytren's contracture,21-26the swollen atrophic hand associated with cervical osteoarthritis,37certain changes in the paretic limbs of hemiplegics,27-32and a number of others.
