ResumoThe Unique System of Health was created starting from the Constitution of 1988, as a model of public politics of health, destined to supply attendance in health to the population. The professional autonomous, qualified and generalist, sees her the Physiotherapist's need it is inserted in the several complexity levels in that the user is. This work has as objective discusses the professional Physiotherapist's inclusion in the programs of public health in level of basic attention. It is characterized as a literature revision, where it was used for construction goods of bases of data as LILACS and SciELO, books and kindred newspapers to the approached theme, being consulted the ones that they were published in the period from 2001 to 2013, using for the research pre-certain descriptors. For the study it can be noticed that the professional Physiotherapist can bring countless benefits in your intervention in the basic attention of health how to establish specific evaluations, to accomplish physiotherapeutic diagnosis, to provide promotion measures to the life quality, promoting like this, the user's well-being and to establish the articulation between prevention and promotion to the health. It is ended that the physiotherapeutic performance is of big it was worth for the individuality and the collectivity of the ones that use these services, contributing to improvement of the life quality and the users' longevity.
