Iniciação e imaginário educacional nas aventuras de Pinóquio

Este artigo faz parte de uma investigacao realizada no âmbito do Projecto Educacao e Imaginario inscrito no Centro de Investigacao em Educacao (CIEd) do Instituto de Educacao da Universidade do Minho (Braga), retoma algumas das contribuicoes trabalhadas em comunicacoes anteriores apresentadas em eventos cientificos. Inscreve-se no paradigma metodologico da hermeneutica reflexiva e debruca-se sobre o tema do ritual iniciatico, um tema recorrente em muitos dos contos e lendas. Retoma a perspectiva de Mircea Eliade e ilustra o tema da iniciacao n’ As Aventuras de Pinoquio, obra que tem sido objeto de multiplas interpretacoes e, obviamente, de interpretacoes complementares que so enriquecem o sentido instaurador do respectivo conto. Procede ainda a hermeneutica da passagem significativa do tubarao e evidencia como neste conto o ritual iniciatico se concretiza e interpela o imaginario educacional. Por ultimo, desenvolve o significado da iniciacao no quadro do imaginario educacional, caracterizando-o como renovacao espiritual, como eufemizacao e superacao da morte e como reencontro do homem consigo mesmo. Abstract This article is part of a research carried out under the Education and Imaginary Project enrolled in the Centre for Research in Education (CIEd) from the Institute of Education at University of Minho (Braga) takes up some of the contributions worked in earlier papers presented at scientific meetings. Is based on the hermeneutic methodological paradigm. It focuses on the theme of the initial ritual, a recurrent subject in many stories and tales. The theoretical framework used from Mircea Eliade allows the comprehension of the theme of initiation in The Adventures of Pinocchio. This work has been the object of several interpretations and obviously complementary interpretations enrich the creative meaning of the referred tale. The article stresses the hermeneutics of significant transition of the shark and shows how in this tale the initial ritual is achieved and questions the educational imaginary. At last, this debate stresses the meaning of initiation in the frame of the educational imaginary, by its characterization as spiritual renovation, euphemistic interpretation and overcoming of death as well as the re-encountering of Man with himself.
