Resumo

Within the framework of the European Union of 27 (UE-27), a supranatural structures’ internal change process is being generated. On the one hand, it benefits the newly incorporated countries, but it harms those countries with a far-reaching background such as Spain that will see a reduction in the amount received from the EU by way of structural funds. The new fund allotment structure, for comparison of the Union’s countries’ average incomes, conveys the formation of a group of regions that go from being “priority targets” to middle regions, which might mean, as viewed from a community aid standpoint, an amount reduction, and not total, as foreseen up until before the 2007/2013 plan onset.
