Resumo

This paper assessed the satisfaction level of 64 patients attending the Mental Health Reference Regional Center (“CRRESAM”) at Juiz de Fora (Minas Gerais, Brazil). The subjects answered a questionnaire about the treatments offered by CRRESAM. A descriptive analysis of the data suggests that users were satisfied with the services provided by CRRESAM. We concluded that there was an adaptation of the users to this service provided by the new mental health system at Juiz de Fora.
