ResumoPara explicitarmos o processo de descolonizacao em Africa, torna-se necessario falarmos de algumas caracteristicas dos sistemas de colonizacao. Na segunda metade do seculo XIX, as transformacoes ocasionadas pela Revolucao Industrial aliadas aos interesses imperialistas dos paises europeus , a partilha do continente africano, a edificacao de teorias ingenuas, tudo isso serviu como base para futuras lutas no seculo XX desencadeadas pelas colonias. Discutir atualmente, relacoes entre Estado e Sociedade no continente africano tem que levar em conta todo esse processo historico. A Revista Cadernos do Terceiro Mundo no Brasil ate 2006 quando se tornou extinta, a sempre foi um espaco de discussao sobre Africa, America Latina, enfim sobre todos os povos oprimidos. THE PROCESS OF AFRICAN DECOLONIZATION UNDER THE VIEW OF THE MAGAZINE “CADERNOS DO TERCEIRO MUNDO”. AFRICA, BRAZIL AND PORTUGAL: COLONIALISMS AND INNER COLONIAL TIES In order to clarify the meaning of the decolonization process in Africa, it is necessary to broach some of the colonization system characteristics. On the second half of XIX century, the transformations caused by the Industrial Revolution, together with the imperialist interests of the European countries, the partition of the African continent, the building of some naive theories, all of this established the base for the future struggles on the XXth century unleashed by the colonies. Currently, to discuss the relations among State and Society on the African continent, it is necessary to take into consideration all the historical process. Until the year 2006, (when this publication was extinguished) the magazine “Cadernos do Terceiro Mundo” was always, in Brazil, the instrument and space to discuss Africa, Latin America, at last, to discuss all the problems concerning the oppressed people and countries.
