Resumo

This paper shows some verbal and musical characteristics of Bossa Nova and analysis of the songs Chega de Saudade, by Antonio Carlos Jobim e Vinicius de Moraes, Desafinado and Samba de Uma Nota So, de Antonio Carlos Jobim e Newton Mendonca, according to the concepts of generic, ethical, scenographic and linguistic investments, among others, delineated by the French discourse Analysis, mainly, by the theoretician Dominique Maingueneau.
