O trabalho apresenta uma analise textual da peca pirandelliana Seis Personagens a Procura de um Autor. Apos a apresentacao da personalidade humana e da obra literaria do dramaturgo italiano, analisa-se o drama dos personagens e seus conflitos com os Atores da Companhia Teatral. Importância relevante e conferida a caracterizacao dos Seis Personagens, cada qual sendo visto como a expressao artistica de uma verdade existencial. The article presents a textual analysis of the pirandellian play Seis Personagens a procura de um autor. After presenting the human personality and the literary work of the Italian playwright, the drama of the characters and their conflicts with the actors of the of the theatre company is analysed. A great importance is given to the characteristics of six characters, each one seen as an artistic expression of an existential truth.
