Abstract The text is a review of “O pos-modernismo” [“Post-modernism”], organised by Jaco Guinsburg and Ana Mae-Barbosa for the Perspectiva publishing Company’s Stylus collection. It constitutes a general commentary on the book, focusing the relevance to our times of the concept of postmodernism/postmodernity , in view ofthe present historical moment.
