Presentamos el caso de un paciente masculino de mediana edad, piel morena, con lesion primaria en los dedos del pie derecho de seis meses de evolucion, quien durante su hospitalizacion presento episodio de obstruccion intestinal. Se realizo laparotomia con los hallazgos de metastasis en asas delgadas y mesenterio que condicionaban intususcepcion de un segmento de yeyuno. Manifestacion poco comun del melanoma metastasico ABSTRACT: We present a case of male brown patient with primary injury in right foot fingers with six months of evolution.
