This mostly quantitative study identified 25 stakeholders in the external environment and four of the internal environment. The most important external stakeholders were clients, concrete suppliers, labour contractors, steel suppliers, and landowners, whereas in the internal environment, the stakeholders that use influence strategies were employees, engineers, workers, and architects. The degree of interdependence of concrete, steel, lifts, and ceramic tiles suppliers, landowners, employees, including engineers and architects, with construction is higher and these stakeholders may apply the “direct use” strategy. All other stakeholders have a lower degree of influence and may use the “direct retention” strategy.
