Current study addresses the construction of an International economic order that has been a model for the expansion of capitalism. The results of a de-politization of the economy are discussed while trying to adopt appropriate mechanisms to prevent market development in an institutional, legal and political vacuum, characterized by abuses. Reflections on reforms in international organizations advocate the principle of the subordination of economics to politics and politics to ethics. International Economic Law will be the concretization of a mature and conscious capitalism.
