Resumo

The interaction of morin-4-sulphonic acid and the quercetin-5-sulphonic acid (QSA) with the surfactants sodium dodecil sulphate (SDS) and cetilpiridine bromide (CPB) of positive and negative charge, respectively, were studied by molecular absorption and cyclic voltameter at pH 4,0 and 6,0. Its interaction and localization in the surfactants was studied by the changes suffer in the absorption spectra and the cyclic voltamgrams at different concentrations of surfactants to show effects batochromics, hyperchromics, catalysis of oxidation potentials, and an increase of the oxidation current.
