ResumoThe objective of this study is to determine the emission of CO2 in the atmosphere-soil interface and the influence of soil moisture by acting directly on CO2 efflux in a primary forest. The flow of CO2 were measured using dynamic chambers concentration and infrared gas analyzer (LI820), the flow is obtained by linear regression of the increase in CO2 concentration within the chamber as a function of time of the measurements. The annual efflux of CO2 from the soil was 2.80 ± 0.56 µmol CO2 m-2 s-1. The soil moisture was a major factor responsible for the control of soil respiration.
