Resumo

Two new bromopyrrole alkaloids, tauroacidins A (1) and B (2), with tyrosine kinase inhibitory activity have been isolated from an Okinawan marine sponge Hymeniacidon sp. and the structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral data and chemical means. Tauroacidins A (1) and B (2) are rare bromopyrrole alkaloids possessing a taurine residue.
