ResumoDobutamine stress echocardiography (DSE) has been increasingly used in the last few years for risk stratification of patients after acute myocardial infarction (AMI) 1 Carlos M.E. Smart S.C. The aim of this study was twofold: (1) to verify the duration of the good prognostic implication by a negative DSE after uncomplicated AMI, and (2) to identify possible markers of future cardiac events in this population.
