ResumoThree patients with tuberous sclerosis (TS) and hepatic hamartomas are presented. Liver lesions are uncommonly documented in TS, compared to renal angiomyolipomas. The imaging characteristics of liver hamartoma in TS may resemble those of renal angiomyolipoma, hepatic cavernous haemangioma, metastasis or abscess.
