Resumo

Hayek’s epistemology theory claims that the socialism can be implemented theoritically, but not practically. His theory is nourished by contradiction of critical rationalism and constructive rationalism. From this point of view, Hayek believes in evolution and blesses the market system which is a natural output of evolution. In brief, the backbone of Hayek’s defense of market is his epistemology theory. His views on spontaneous order is built on his epistomology theory. In this paper, we analyse the epistemology theory of Hayek within the context of critical approach.
