Advanced Surface Polishing Techniques

The manner in which the shape of the ac B-H loops of grain oriented silicon-iron changes with material thickness, perfection of (110) [001] orientation, surface topography and elastic stress was determined experimentally. Shearing of the loop was produced requiring a higher applied field to attain a particular level of induction.
