The observation shows the mid-IR emission to be very compact <=2.3"x 1.7" (<= 870 x 640 pc, D = 78 Mpc, H_0_= 75 km s^-1^ Mpc^-1^). This and previous observations indicate sizes smaller than predicted by starburst models for the emission. The achieved sensitivity, 15 mJy minutes^-1/2^arcsec^-2^, (1 σ NEFD {DELTA}λ = 5 μm) is the highest sensitivity ever obtained for any observation with a mid-IR array camera.
