Bizarre parosteal osteochondromatous proliferation is a rare tumor usually localized in the hand. We report two new cases, one in the thumb of a middle aged woman and one in the terminal phalanx of a young haemophiliac patient. La tumeur de Nora (prolifération ostéochondromateuse paraostéale bizare) est une tumeur exceptionelle et apparaı̂t quasi uniquement à la main et au pied. Il s'agit en fait d'une ossification enchondrale dans les parties molles. L'aspect radiologique et l'histologie montrent une transition entre cette tumeur et la périostite floride, l'ostéochondrome et l'ostéosarcoma paraostéale. Nous rapportons deux nouveaux cas.
